about me

I'm Tom Price, and for over 20 years, I worked in high-pressure roles within the IT sector and the corporate world. As a Senior Network Engineer and Network Architect, I was responsible for designing solutions and implementing complex, multi-million-pound projects with strict deadlines. I know firsthand the demands, stress, and anxiety that professionals face every day.

I’ve always been captivated by how our thoughts and mindset can dramatically affect every part of our lives, from our performance at work to our well-being. This fascination with neuroscience and the mind-body connection was sparked by seeing how high-profile business leaders and athletes use the power of the mind to gain a mental edge, especially in high pressured environments.

This led me to begin studying Solution Focused Hypnotherapy at the prestigious CPHT school in Birmingham in 2025, which is widely recognized as the UK's gold standard. Naturally I was skeptical and it wasn't until I started working with clients myself that I witnessed the incredible, life-changing results firsthand. The enjoyment and passion I felt from this work and the incredible results I was seeing with clients made me realise that my core values no longer aligned with my IT career, even though I'd been in the field for so long. This journey has led me to a truly fulfilling path.

I am now truly passionate about helping people who are suffering from anxiety, stress, and depression. My goal is to help them be the very best version of themselves, both personally and professionally.  Seeing the impact on people's lives has motivated me so much to help others find the same sense of calm, clarity, and control.
