Your primitive mind, the ancient, survival-focused part of your brain, can't tell the difference between a genuine threat and a tricky email. Once it identifies something as a threat, maybe an upcoming meeting at work, it keeps you on high alert regardless of where you are or what time it is.

Most approaches to burnout focus on managing symptoms - better sleep habits, meditation apps, time off. These can help at the edges but they don't change the underlying pattern. Nope. With Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we focus entirely on the future and the solutions you want. You don’t need to analyse or dwell on past experiences, unless you choose to.
A typical session lasts about an hour and has two parts:
1. Talking (psychotherapy): We focus on what’s working in your life, your goals, and how you want the future to look.
2. Hypnosis (trance): I guide you into a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind can absorb positive, solution-focused suggestions.

Absolutely!
Online hypnotherapy is just as effective as in person and for many people, it actually works better. Being in your own environment helps you relax more quickly, which makes the whole process smoother and more comfortable.
All you need is a quiet space, a comfortable chair, and a good internet connection. I’ll guide you through everything, just as I would if we were in the same room.
All sessions are online via Zoom. You just need a laptop, tablet, or smartphone and a quiet space. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person therapy and offer maximum convenience.
There are two ways to work with me, depending on where you are and what you need.
The Reset Foundation - £550 Six 1:1 online sessions via Zoom. A solid starting point for making meaningful progress with stress and the inability to switch off. Includes the Mindstar Reset Audio and The Reset Foundation Handbook.
The Burnout Reset - £997 My flagship 10-week 1:1 programme for professionals who are exhausted, constantly overthinking, and unable to switch off from work. Includes 10 sessions, the Mindstar Reset Audio, the Client Handbook, email support, a mid-programme check-in at session 5, and a 30-day post-programme call. Payment plans available via Klarna.
