A typical session lasts about an hour and has two parts:
1. Talking (psychotherapy): We focus on what’s working in your life, your goals, and how you want the future to look.
2. Hypnosis (trance): I guide you into a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind can absorb positive, solution-focused suggestions.
Together, these steps help you make real, lasting change.
It varies. Many clients start feeling positive changes after just a few sessions. Most see their goals achieved in 8–12 sessions, but some need more or fewer. Your commitment to the process will help you get results faster, some clients notice improvements from session one.
All sessions are online via Zoom. You just need a laptop, tablet, or smartphone and a quiet space. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person therapy and offer maximum convenience.

Online hypnotherapy is just as effective as in person and for many people, it actually works better. Being in your own environment helps you relax more quickly, which makes the whole process smoother and more comfortable.
All you need is a quiet space, a comfortable chair, and a good internet connection. I’ll guide you through everything, just as I would if we were in the same room.
My hypnotherapy sessions are £80 per session (60 minutes), and all sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can work with me from the comfort of your own home.
Most clients choose one of my package options (6, 8, or 12 sessions), which offer a discounted rate and give you the consistency needed to see real, lasting change.
We’ll book your next session at the end of each appointment, and I always recommend choosing a regular weekly time, as this helps keep your progress steady and ensures availability.
Each session lasts up to one hour, so arriving on time means you’ll get the most out of our work together.
